We are currently working on a $100k plus addition/ remodel for a client. This project is very complex with several construction aspects and specific timelines. We have added a 500 sq ft living room with 15 ft tall ceilings and a roof top deck with majestic views of the Flatirons of Boulder , Co. This space before was an old patio over a garage.
